The history of the Ipone brand begins in 1985. The lack of lubricants available for mopeds and scooters they decided to launch its own range of lubricants dedicated to two-stroke engines. Very quickly, its products are a great success with the teenage public. The firm is gradually making its mark on the French two-stroke lubricant market and is also getting involved in the off-road motorcycle sector. Some time later, the brand extended its range to recreational vehicles ranging from quad to snow scooters and jet skis. Products dedicated to motorcycle maintenance are also appearing. Since 2003, Ipone has been distributing its products in about thirty countries and is present in many motorcycle competitions such as the World Superbike, the Paris Dakar or the Red Bull Romaniacs.
