1. General information.

This privacy policy (hereinafter - the "rules" ) describes the basic principles and procedures, for which the Seller (hereinafter - "Seller") manages Customer (hereinafter - "Your" ) personal data in online store ( hereinafter - the "e - store" ).

Personal information management is determined by these rules, the Law on Personal Data Protection Act and other legislation governing the collection of such data.

2. Registration rules

2.1 You must submit the registration form full, complete and truthful information about yourself. If you provide inaccurate, false or misleading information, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel your order. Seller acknowledges and respects each individual right to privacy. The seller collects and uses physical personal data (name, address, phone number, email address and any other information on the registration form) in order to process your orders for goods or services and solve the problems related to delivery of goods.

Personal data is processed by secure means to protect the information from unauthorized destruction, disclosure, or other illegal activities.

2.2 Personal data concerning your purchased goods the seller may use for statistical purposes. This collection of statistics will not directly or indirectly identify you. Seller reserves the right to provide statistics to a third party.

The seller has the right to transfer the personal information to third parties only with purpose written in 2.2 clause. Seller does not transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Information or claims transmission

All questions or claims related to the processing of personal data can be sent to info@motoday.lt. The seller shall give the answer in a same form that received the message or claim.

5. Processing of personal data

You agree that the personal data you submit in the registration form is processed in accordance with these rules.

6. Changing the rules

The seller has the right to partially or completely replace the Privacy rules.
