Terms and conditions

1. Choose the item and press “Add to cart”.
2. In “Shopping cart” option You can check all the items You have chosen. Here You can modify the order by choosing amount of items or using gift voucher – discount. Here You can also choose “Continue shopping” or “Checkout”.
3. After You choose “Checkout”, You will be able to fill in the Checkout Options. You can checkout as registered user or register Your account. If You checkout as registered user, login with your account and fill in the required fields (marked with *). If You register Your account for the first time, fill in the required fields (marked with *).
4. Choose the shipping method – shipping to Your country of pickup from store. Read more about delivery terms in “Delivery information”.
5. Choose payment method – Bank transfer or payment in cash at MOTODAY.LT store in Vilnius.
6. If You want to confirm the order, You will have to read and accept to “Terms and conditions”and “Privacy Policy”.
7. If no corrections are needed, You will be able to confirm the order.
8. The items, which are not in stock and are shipped in longer than 4 working days, are ordered individualy from the manufacturer. If the customer orders the items and confirms the order, but does not or refuses to accept the items, the 20 percent of the items value is being charged and not returned to the customer.

Return policy

1. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. For the first 14 days after your purchase you may return item for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (this option is not valid with items ordered by individual order from manufacturer, read “Terms and conditions”).
2. Damaged, poor quality or wrong-sized items can be switched to qualitatively and right-sized items.
3. Items must be returned in new or like-new condition, undamaged, unspoilt and in its original packaging (with labels, protective films, etc.).
